This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website. It applies to this website only, not to the Inkcubator application itself.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inh. René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. When you visit it, the following data is recorded automatically in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the referring page (referrer).

The purpose is to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted after [retention period set by the host, e.g. 7 days]. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting provider.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or social media services and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts, images and scripts are delivered exclusively from the site’s own server.

4. Contact by email

If you send an email, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) is processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden.
